Compact and lightweight, the GP2500i makes transport easy with the built-in carry handle and a weight of 48 pounds. 2500 Watt Inverter Generator
GP2500i Inverter Technology allows the generator engine to run at the speed appropriate for the connected load. Unlike regular portables that operate at a fixed speed, the engine speed varies for the power required. The 2500 Watt Inverter Generator variable speed engine saves fuel and reduces noise. Stand 20 feet away and have a conversation in a normal voice. The 1-gallon fuel tank provides up to 8 hours of operation at 25% the rated load.
The 2500 Watt Inverter Generator Economy Mode provides quieter operation and better fuel economy for loads without motors that don’t turn on and off. Turning economy mode off provides power for changing loads like RV air conditioners and refrigerators.
Covered outlets offer protection from the environment. The control panel includes a 120-Volt, 20-Amp outlet, a 12-Volt DC Outlet, and a 5-Volt USB outlet for charging cell phones and other USB devices. A single knob integrates Off/Run/Choke for simple starts. LEDs indicators for Low Oil Warning, Ready to Load, and Overload Warning. The Generac 2500 is protected by an 18-Amp circuit breaker. Low Oil Shutdown prevents engine damage if the oil level drops too low.

Generac 2500 GP2500i Parallel Ready Generator
Parallel operation allows a second GP2500i to run in sync with the Generac 2500 Watt to effectively double the power capacity. The GP2500i parallel kit Model 7118 plugs into both generators via the parallel outlets and provides a TT-30R Travel Trailer Outlet (30-Amps, 120 Volts) and a L5-30R (30 Amps, 120-Volts, Twist Lock Connection).
The lightweight Generac 2500 Watt Generator includes a 3-Year Limited Consumer Warranty or a 1-Year Limited Commercial Warranty. Meets US EPA, California, and Massachusetts Air Quality Standards. For sale and use in all 50 States.
