The Dual Fuel Champion 2500 Watt inverter generator is one of the industry's quietest and lightest portable generators in its class. The 80cc generator engine provides up to 25 hours of run time on propane or 11.5 hours on gasoline. CO Shield detects dangerous levels of Carbon Monoxide and shuts down the generator. At 42 pounds, the Champion Dual Fuel 2500 Inverter Generator is one of the lightest 2500 watt generators in the industry.
This inverter runs up to 11.5 hours at 25% load on 1.1 gallons of gasoline or 25 hours on propane. The 80cc engine puts out just 53 dBA noise, about the same as a dishwasher running in the next room.

CO Shield Automatic Carbon Monoxide Shutdown
This generator comes equipped with CO Alert, a carbon monoxide sensor that shuts the generator down when it detects Carbon Monoxide. It meets ANSI/PGMA G300-2018 Requirements.
The dual fuel 2500 Watt Inverter Generator is for Outdoor Use Only, positioned away from homes and other buildings, with the exhaust pointed away from any persons or buildings.
Carbon Monoxide (CO) is an odorless, invisible gas produced by internal combustion engines and any device that burns a fuel to produce heat or energy. The CO Shield shutdown feature adds an extra measure of safety to prevent carbon monoxide poisoning caused by misuse.
The Champion dual fuel 2500 inverter generator owner manual explicitly states that the generator is only for use outdoors. Keep the generator at least 20-feet away from any windows, doors, vents, or other openings with the exhaust pointed away from buildings and preferably downwind.
According to the Champion Owner Manual and Website, this generator May NOT run indoors. All homes should have a working, up to date, carbon monoxide detector on each level of the home.
