Generac PWRmanager

Generac PWRmanager brings whole house power to the PWRcell product line. Homeowner and automatic controls optimize electrical loads to extend battery life while operating on battery storage or powering the house from a solar array.

PWRmanager works with other PWRcell components to automatically control which loads and appliances receive electricity during a power outage.

Homeowners use their phone or tablet to turn any circuit controlled by PWRmanager on or off with a simple swipe. They extend their battery charge by de-energizing less important circuits or circuits they are not using.

Solar powered homes make the most of their battery storage systems by adding PWRmanager to their existing load panel. PWRmanager installs in as little as an hour and half. The PWRmanager component controls two thermostats plus up to six 240-volt circuits or up to twelve 120-volt circuits, or a mix of 120-Volt and 240-circuits.

PWRmanager Features

The PWRcell battery storage system provides whole home battery backup power during an outage. Used with solar panels, the solar array powers the house and charges the batteries with excess power during the day. When the sun goes down and power production stops, optimized power use from PWRmanager extends the battery charge to last throughout the night until power production begins again in the morning.

The homeowner can disable unneeded circuits and extend battery charge even further using the PWRview app. Unlike other systems, the PWRcell storage system powers the main circuit breaker panel for power to the whole house. PWRmanager controls which circuits get power or sequences circuits to receive power in turns.
