20 year old replacement in kind
This is a replacement in kind for a 20year old generator and ATS. The Honda engine didn't make it. It was a reliable motor but after 20 years of service, it got tired.

Not a good experience for me
My experience was not a good one. The delivery was good. I should have received a harness for the wires but I didn’t. The 8 circuit load center has no wires come with it for the breakers . They sent me a list of local dealers to use for installing the unit but when I called them they would not install a unit that small.

Cannot leave a review until Norwall ships through generator to us and we complete install. Ordered 3/22/21

So far, very happy
I bought the unit to power my sump pump and frig and furnace in the case of an power outage. I ended up putting many other circuits on the unit also. I did the install, pretty straight forward. The same day I got it running, Derachio blew through and the unit kept us out of the dark for about 12 hours. It starts up every saturday morning automatically, for 10min in the test mode, even in the winter. Its nice knowing that yo have back up power when you need it. So far very happy with the unit. Stay tuned for future reviews.
