Onan p9500df
No problem with Norwall. Shipped promptly. I can't recommend this generator however. It is a cheapy so you can't expect much. It is apparently the Westinghouse generator dressed up in Onan colors. When I searched for parts everything came back as the same as for the cheapy Westinghouse. So much for the Onan name. It has a three-year warranty, but years 2 and 3 are parts only, so that doesn't mean much. Mine failed in year 3. The biggest disappointment was Onan's service. I took it to the closest Cummins Onan service location which is the Cummins engine dealer. They diagnosed the problem as a bad voltage regulator. Estimated a little over $1300 to fix it. Norwall sells it new for $1131. They charged me $221.37 for that diagnosis. I took it home to try to figure it out myself. I ordered a new voltage regulator for it. About $80 online. It took about 10 minutes to install. Easy. Unfortunately that didn't fix the problem. That is what the service center wanted to charge me $1300 for. Not knowing much about generators, I decided to do a little research. A couple of short YouTube videos on troubleshooting generators said that most likely culprits and easiest things to check are the voltage regulator and the brushes. I had already tried a new voltage regulator, so I removed the brushes as the YouTube showed. One of them was broken and melted into the plastic around it. It took about 3 minutes to find that problem. I ordered new brushes through Amazon. About $7.50 for two sets. Yes, they are the cheap Chinese made brushes, but the whole generator is a cheap Chinese made product. I put in the new brushes (one screw and two wires), with the original voltage regulator. I started it back up and everything now works as good as new. I find it amazing that the Onan technician did not find that problem. I found it in less than 5 minutes with no more training that a short YouTube video. The diagnosis they charged me $221 for was absolutely wrong. If I had let them go ahead with the $1300 repair, it would have accomplished nothing, and they would probably have wanted more to keep looking for the problem. Pathetic.

All good
Started and ran well immediately on LP, battery was charged up already, remote is very handy, will use only with LP.

Won’t start
Purchased in August 2020, stored dry. Went to start in June 2021, won’t start. Had to take to a service center, but wait for a month for an appointment, then 3 weeks for the new carburetor. I picked up 2 days ago, told it was running. Added fresh fuel today, spent over an hour trying to get it to start. Cummins service centers don’t make home calls on portables. If they don’t come and fix it I’ll be getting my money back and getting something different. Great having a heavy POS paperweight taking up valuable storage space. Norwall service was great.

good generator
Good generator, but I had problems with the remote from the start. Even after having it fixed.

Product is 5 Stars, Norwall Customer Service 3
Product seems like a well built machine, will truly test it during out first power outage. Ordering with Norwall was easy, but I have to say be very weary if they ship your generator via R&L, I have dealt with them in the past with a delivered damaged item and it happened again with the 9500df generator, there was a huge strike/puncture to the shipping container, I had to refuse delivery and have a new generator reshipped. Reshipping took over 1 week from refusal, contacted Norwall via phone and email, needless to say they are very short with you when answering your emails and provide you with very little updated information about your order. Luckily after a week of "bothering" the customer service rep I received an email that the new generator was shipped via ABF, a higher quality LTL carrier. Generator arrived in pristine condition thanks to ABF, also the driver was nice enough to roll it into my garage using his pallet jack.
