Really like the generator. In today's world it provides great comfort. Generator works perfectly. Norwall Power Systems was great to work with. Excellent Product
I have had this generator for three years. This is an excellent system and has been trouble free. Even in the worst winter weather this generator has started and run flawlessly. I chose to locate the generator several feet farther from my house than the dealer stated was normal. This location has proved beneficial both from a noise and protection from snow drifts prospective. I also bolted the generator to a concrete slab. This raised it off the ground and created a very stable mounting system. The one negative comment I would make is that adding oil when doing an oil change is difficult due to the fact the top of the unit cannot be removed to give access to the oil fill located on the top of the engine. I asked the installer about this encumbrance and he stated he filled this model generator as I had by attaching a long but flexible hose to a funnel and pouring the oil into the funnel.
