The Onan 5500 Generator meets the required Evaporative specifications for EPA Phase 3 and CARB Tier 3 standards. The integrated housing with enclosed muffler make it one of the quietest and lowest vibration generators in its class. Self-diagnotics simplifies troubleshooting. A maintenance-free electronic governor and digital voltage regulation provide consistent voltage and frequency under changing load conditions.
Powered by a Cummins Onan OHV EH65 653cc V-Twin Gasoline Engine features 500 cubic feet per minute pressurized air cooling, a spin-on oil filter, and low oil pressure shutdown.
