Generac Battery Bank Holds 3-6 Batteries Scales from 9kWh to 18kWh Outdoor Rated
The Generac Battery Cabinet houses 3-6 Battery Modules for 9kWh to 18kWh of energy storage from a solar array, the grid, or both. The system easily expands from three to six batteries from a minimum of three battery modules to a maximum capacity of six. Add a second PWRcell Battery Cabinet and expand the system capacity from 6kWh up to 36kWh in 3kWh increments.
The flexible configuration fits a wide range of applications for large and small homes or buildings. Rated for indoor or outdoor installations. With a total capacity of up to 36kWh (two cabinets + 12 batteries) and a 50-amp (minimum 6 batteries) starting current, Generac PWRcell reduces grid reliance and ensures a continuous supply of electrical power.
A single battery cabinet provides 3.4kW (3 batteries) to 6.7kW (6 batteries) of continuous AC power.
Configurations with 3 or 5 batteries require a PWRCell Spacer Kit. Increasing the number of batteries may require a PWRCell Upgrade Kit .
