Generac RXG16EZA1 16 Circuit Prewired Transfer Switch
The RXG16EZA1 is an automatic transfer switch with a 16-circuit load center designed for 9-16kW Guardian Generators. An integrated load center supplies the most important circuits during a power outage. The cabinet is a NEMA 1 Steel Indoor Enclosure. The prewired transfer switch is rated for 120/240-Volts and 85 Amps. Includes Generac’s 5-Year Limited Warranty.
RXG16EZA1 Features
The UL Listed Prewired Transfer Switch employs an electrically operated, mechanically held, open-transition (break-before-make) heavy duty Generac contactor. The prewired circuits include 50-Amp, 40-Amp, and 20-Amp 240-Volt breakers; and 20-Amp and 15-Amp 120-Volt breakers. The load center is compatible with 1-inch Standard, Tandem, AFCI, and GFCI Circuit Breakers from Siemens, Murray, Eaton, and Square D. Up to 8 Tandem Circuit Breakers Allowed.
The 30-foot whip provides 6-gauge hot and neutral conductors, 8-gauge ground, and 18-gauge control conductors for generator connections. Wiring lugs for the prewired branch circuits accept 2/0 to #14 wires.
