Great Generator with all the power you'll need
I purchase the unit 09-14-16 and the delivery time was very fast. The unit arrived in a well protected wooden crate with cardboard surrounding it. I was able to get the gas hooked up for $550 and the electric install for $1895.00 which included a wooden platform and a battery. I went with the 6551 model 22Kw because I wanted the aluminum enclosure. The install went very well and the generator fired up right away during the test. I was able to run my hat water tank 75,000BTU, Boiler 150,000BTU, and gas dryer with 26,000BTU. With all the gas units running the gas pressure was still at 5.5. I turned on the air conditioner, electric oven, and all the burners on the electric stove top. The unit increased in RPM's and was able to run everything in the house. I am very pleased with this purchase and the great service I received from Norwall. I also made two additional purchases from Norwall one for the Cold Start Kit #6212 and the other for a Wireless Remote Monitor #6664. I experienced the same great service and shipping from Norwall on both of these purchases.

My wife and I purchased this generator package a few months ago from Norwall power systems. We could not be more satisfied with the service of all Norwall customer service. We didn't have a chance to really judge the unit until last Friday. We had to go out of town and when we returned our generator was running. After checking our local service I saw where the Electric company (SKRECC) had replaced a utility pole and new transformer. I called the utility co. and when they came out they found that when the new transformer was replaced it was defective it was replaced and my unit cycled off. I am very pleased that my Generac generator worked as it should and our house was cool when we entered. Now I feel safe that next winter if the electric service fails we will keep warm. We have a mentally challenged and handicapped son who can not be without heat. We now can be more at ease with this unit. Thanks Norwall and Generac you both ROCK.

North Country Life Saver
We live in North Idaho and lose power frequently. We decided on the model# 6551, 22kw from Norwall. They had the best price and package and their customer service was great to deal with. On November 17th we lost power for 4 days. The generator performed as advertised. Norwall is a great company to do business with.
