200 Amp Transfer Switches ASCO 185 Series

The Non-SE Rated ASCO 200 Amp Generator Transfer Switch Powers essential or critical loads. During a power outage, the 200 Amp Transfer Switch disconnects the essential load panel from the main panel and provides power to the sub-panel from the generator. Only the loads connected to circuit breakers in the sub-panel receive power. The NEMA 3R aluminum enclosure makes the transfer switch suitable for indoor and outdoor installations.

ASCO Transfer Switches make sure the power stays on when utility power fails. When utility power returns, the ASCO ATS switches the home or business back to utility power and begins generator cool-down.

Compatible with any two-wire start system, The 200 Amp Automatic Transfer Switch monitors the utility power 24/7. When an outage occurs or power quality falls below an acceptable level, the transfer switch starts the generator and waits as the engine warms and the speed stabilizes. Once the generator is ready, the ATS isolates the utility from the subpanel and supplies generator power to the home or business.
