Generac RTS Automatic Transfer Switch 800 Amp Single Phase RTSR800A3
The transfer switch monitors utility power and signals the generator to start when utility power is interrupted. When utility power returns, the transfer switch returns the electrical load from the generator back to the utility. This ensures your most important electrical loads are powered, within seconds, even when you’re away. With the RTS transfer switch you can choose to cover every circuit all the time. RTS open transition transfer switches are ideal for residential, commercial and light industrial applications.
Through the use of Digital Power Management technology (DPM), each single phase automatic transfer switch has the capability to truly manage two air conditioning loads with no additional hardware. When used in tandem with the individual Power Management Modules (PMM) up to four more additional loads can be intelligently managed.
Generac RTS switches are compatible with the full 22-150kW line of liquid-cooled generators. The switches have NEMA/UL Type 3R rugged steel enclosure. The control at the generator handles all the timing, sensing and exercising functions.
