The Kohler Lockable Emergency Stop Button provides for immediate generator shutdown in an emergency. Press the Bright Red Button for an emergency stop.

For Generators without a Emergency Stop Knockout or When a Remote Shutdown is Required.

Contains the E-Stop Button, Shroud, Terminals, Mounting Hardware, and Instructions

Emergency Stop Button Operation

1. Push the emergency stop button to immediately stop the generator. 
   1. The Generator controller displays Emerg Stop Shutdwn.
2. To Lockout/Tagout the Generator
   1. Insert a lock through both openings in the yellow shroud.
   2. The lock prevents the stop button from being pulled out.
   3. Remove the lock to reset the button before clearing the controller shutdown condition.
3. To Restart the Generator:
   1. Pull out the emergency stop button. 
   2. Access the generator set controller. Press the OFF button to clear shutdown.
   3. Press the AUTO button for automatic generator set operation.

Note: The generator cannot start with the button pushed in.
