iGen 4500
When I open new from the box and added oil would not start, called westinghouse said due to rough shipping electric connectors are knocked off, so i had to remove front and side panels to install connectors, this was not due to shipping . now connectors are installed will not crank due to unit having overload light on. unless you like working on your new generator stay away!

Westinghouse 4500 portable
Excellent very quiet generator. I did two things to make more accommodations for servicing easier. One - didn't need to but I added an easier to read hour meter. 2nd- getting to the drain plug was very tight and slow. So I took a hole saw and cut a hole in ling with it so I had a straight shot to the drain plug with a ratchet wrench & 10 mm socket. . Good quiet dependable unit. Thinking about buying another. Being a 35 yr firefighter I don't believe in waiting for the fire then ordering a generator. I got grown kids that don't prepare so they call me. Runs my RV a/c very well.
