New model, with something left to desire.
First off, I have 20KW air cooled model, and I was a little disappointed that the Generator was not better pre-facilitated to install this kit. Depending on where you mount it you have to do a lot of drilling, and wire routing. After install I went to the Website to create an account and register the hub. There is a flat $99 a year fee for the service, that you can setup when registering. After registering, there is supposed to be an email sent that then gives you login information for the actual monitoring site, however this never happened for me and I had to call them up (Had a hard time getting a hold of someone to assist, when I did, they were quick to get me setup.). If you go to the Website or watch the video it shows an App that you can download, however it will not be available till next year. So, you must use a web browser to view account/status. I wish it would give you more information Current, Volts, and load sheading status. Overall, it's good to have some remote monitoring that tells you what's going on with the Generator, and if you have any faults.
