The Cummins RS30 Generator operates in extreme environmental conditions. Handles cold weather starts down to -40° Fahrenheit. EPA Certified to the latest specifications and capable of NFPA 110 requirements when equipped with the necessary accessories. The RS36 has a flexible exercise mode to meet customer requirements—intervals low as 2 minutes every 6 months.
The 2.4 Liter inline 4-cylinder engine runs at 1800 RPM on Natural Gas or Propane. Fuel type field selectable at installation. The generator produces just 65 dBA noise with the Sound Level 1 Enclosure.
Norwall Recommended Transfer Switch: Cummins RA, Cummins RSS, or Cummins OTEC ATS for the RS30 Generator.
30kW Generator
The 30kW Generator produces 120/240 Volts at up to 125 Amps on both fuels. The advanced aluminum sound-level 1 enclosure design is aesthetically appealing and delivers excellent noise reduction. It withstands 180 MPH wind loads in accordance with ASCE 7-10. Removable doors provide easy access for service and maintenance.
PowerCommand electronic control with 128 x 64 backlit LED display is standard equipment for complete generator set system integration that includes remote start/stop, precise frequency and voltage regulation, alarm and status display, auto fault shutdown, and NFPA 110 Level 1 compliance. PowerCommand also delivers industry leading self-diagnostic capability. The design of critical generator components ensures the completion of service and preventative maintenance in a short period of time.

RS30 Generators meet UL-2200, EPA Emissions for Emergency Stationary 40CFR60, IBC Seismic, and NFPA 110 (with optional accessories sold separately).
Factory Installed Coolant Heater, Battery Rack and Flexible Fuel Line Included.

JUST RECEIVED UNIT
This is just a report on first look of unit, it is heavy! It came in a great protective cardboard and plastic shipping cover, mounted on a heavy duty wood skid. After removing shipping material, I was super impressed at the build quality of the Cummins 30KW unit. So far I am extremely impressed with my purchase. At this point, I would recommend Cummins over generac!
