Every home standby power system needs a transfer switch. It's how your generator makes sure the power stays on when there's an outage - automatically switching your home's circuits from the grid to your generator.
Featuring a NEMA 3R Aluminum enclosure, this particular switch can be installed either indoors or outdoors.
Controls up to 4 individual HVAC loads (24-Volt AC Contactors) without additional hardware. Manage up to 8 additional loads with Generac Smart Management Modules (SMM)
Designed for use with single phase generators that utilize an Evolution or Nexus controller.
Tested and listed for safe, reliable performance.

Awful business practices
ordered this item 4 weeks ago. You said it was in stock. Its supposedly ready for shipping for 2 weeks now. Completely miss leading company.

POOR communication on product delivery
After the order matured to past 3 weeks, there was no delivery or communications to me on why. I finally called at 4 weeks past the order date and received an almost rude exchange on my question of the order status. He kept stating there was nothing that he could do and no one was there to check on the delay...over and over. He said he would have the shipping department contact me with some status details. No such call was received or email attempt to explain the delay. As you could see the order is quite delinquent from the 1-3 week shipment displayed. The new delivery estimate is 1-12 weeks 1-12 weeks per the internet advertisement. At the time of my last call the delivery estimate is 1-10 weeks. I would like to receive a manager contact me to explain the poor customer service.

Excellent Service Again
As with all of our purchases over the past 8 years with Norwall Power Systems, the customer service was excellent and the Generator was received in a very timely manner. Of course, the Generac 22 KW is our most popular seller and the improvements they make almost annually have been great! Same for the 200 amp ATS
