Worst customer service ever
I ordered a Duromax XP1300EH The website said there was one in stock at a town very close to where i needed it. I sent an email and they responded they do not have a store front. I called sales and the lady on the phone was extremely rude yelling at me that it could take 1 to 14 days to ship? when i said i didn't need to be yelled at she hung up on me and i received a cancel order via email. I should have taken a hint there but called again asked about the order got it reordered on 011722 1:15pm its now the 19th and it still says "processing" really how many days does it take to process? Amazon has the same generator for the same price if i had ordered it on the 17th it would be delivered by the 24th. Don't waste your money like the lady said it can take 14 days to ship who knows how much longer it will take to arrive. Of course, this review will probably be blocked. Buyer be aware.
