Champion 2500 Dual Fuel Generator with CO Shield
1665 Watts 2500 Starting Watts CO Shield Super Quiet 53dB Noise Easy to Carry 39 Pounds
EPA Certified Meets ANSI/PGMA G300-2018 Requirements
The Champion 2500 Dual Fuel Generator with CO Shield weighs just 39 pounds, making it one of the lightest and easiest to carry portable generators on the market. At only 53 dBA noise measured at 23 feet, this inverter generator keeps the quiet at campsites and RV parks so it won’t disturb you or your neighbors. Runs up to 11.5 hours run time on a 1.1 gallon tank of gasoline or 34 hours on a tank of propane. Run a second Champion Dual Fuel 2500 in parallel using ParaLINK, the Champion Inverter Generator Parallel Kit.*
A feature-packed control panel includes two 120-Volt Outlets protected by a 20-Amp Circuit Breaker. The ground terminal connects the generator frame to a ground rod as needed. Economy mode minimizes fuel use and noise while reducing engine wear. Low-oil shutdown with control panel indicator protects the generator engine. An AC overload light with reset protects the generator from overloads. The EZ Start Dial provides manual choke, gasoline run, propane run, and stop. A quick connect propane inlet makes tank connections in seconds. A USB Adapter fits the automotive-style 12-volt outlet.
Champion 2500 Watt Dual Fuel Generator
The Champion 201183 produces clean electrical power for the most sensitive electronics or appliances with less than 3% Total Harmonic Distortion (THD.)
The 79cc engine uses 10W-30 Oil (16.9oz bottle and funnel included.) Cold start technology makes it easy to start in any weather. Turn the E-Z start dial to choke and pull the cord. In cold weather, give the engine a minute to warm up, then turn the dial to run. Propane use is similar. Use the manual choke and pull cord to prime the engine, then turn the dial to propane run and start with the pull cord.

CO Shield Carbon Monoxide Automatic Shutdown
This generator comes equipped with CO Shield, a carbon monoxide sensor that shuts the generator down when it detects Carbon Monoxide.
The Champion 8500 Watt Dual Fuel generator is for outdoor use only, positioned away from homes and other buildings, with the exhaust pointed away from any persons or buildings.
Carbon Monoxide (CO) is an odorless, invisible gas produced by internal combustion engines and any device that burns a fuel to produce heat or energy. The CO Shield shutdown feature adds an extra measure of safety to prevent carbon monoxide poisoning caused by misuse.
The Champion Generator Owner Manual explicitly states that the generator is only for use outdoors. Keep the generator at least 20-feet away from any windows, doors, vents, or other openings with the exhaust pointed away from buildings and preferably downwind.
According to the Champion Owner Manual and Website, this generator May NOT run indoors. All homes should have a working, up to date, carbon monoxide detector on each level of the home.
Read the Owner Manual Before Use.
