Meter Socket ATS Upgradeable SE Rated 150A Disconnect Upgrade Adds HVAC Management
The Generac integrated meter main is upgradeable to a 150 Amp Automatic Transfer Switch making it easy for builders to add generator capability to any home. This Meter Main includes a 150 Amp Service Entrance Rated disconnect that meets the NEC emergency disconnect requirements. The addition of a 7400 Upgrade Kit converts the RBU150A3 meter main into an RXUW150A3 automatic transfer switch complete with built-in power management for up to four HVAC loads without additional accessories.
The design reduces clutter on the outside of the home for cleaner and more appealing look while saving on installation time and labor. The RBU150A3 integrated meter has a NEMA 3R aluminum enclosure suitable for indoor and outdoor installation.
The 7400 upgrade kit makes the RBU150A3 compatible with single phase generators employing an Evolution or Nexus controller in optional standby generator applications.

The RBU150A3 includes a horn bypass, 4-jaw meter socket, and a ring-less type cover. Optional accessories are available to meet local requirements include tamper-proof kits, ring-type covers, and 5th jaws.
