The gasoline inverter portable, Onan 4500 Watt Generator P4500i with Remote Start makes just 52 dBA noise—quiet enough to have a normal conversation just a few feet away. The 3.4-gallon fuel tank keeps the generator running for 18 hours at a 25% load. Uses regular unleaded gasoline with 10% (or less) Ethanol.

The 4500 Generator is a fuel efficient, portable inverter generator with a variable speed engine that adjusts to the present load. An Automatic Choke ensures easy starts and reduces fuel consumption. The portable inverter runs for 18 hours at 25% load and 15 hours at 50% load. Approved for sale in all 50 states including California, the P4500i is CARB and EPA Compliant.
Rated at 3700 running watts and 4500 peak watts, the 4500 Watt Generator has two 120-Volt, 20-Amp Outlets, one TT-30R 120-Volt, 30-Amp outlet, and a pair of 5-Volt DC USB Outlets rated at 1 amp and 2.1 Amps. A Reset Breaker provides overload protection. Automatic voltage regulation and less than 3% Total Harmonic Distortion provide clean power for sensitive electronics and everyday appliances. Parallel a second P4500i for up to 50-Amps of Power.

Slow Shipping
Ordered generator on July 23, 2020 With a 1-8 week delivery it is no 15 weeks later and no generator and all I’m getting is it is stuck in customs I’m really getting tired of waiting thinking about canceling

Do the proper thing
I received my LONG WAITED for ( 90 days) gen set. The machine was in fine shape, packaged well lots of literature. I will use it for my prayer chapel in Montana. I am of the grid, and have a sweet ,little chapel near my house. This will be the power for my chapel. I unboxed the 4500i and added the oil and new gas, I was uncomfortable with the overpowering smell of ( OLD BAD ) gas used to try the gen at the factory I suppose. The Gen was most likely not cleared of all gas when tested, so it would not start. The auto choke was not working, so I manually choked it and it started right up. Ran it for 1 hour as the manual stated and turned it off. Tried 3 more days to start it, No GO without pulling the 5 screws and the side, to use a screw driver to operate the choke . Called NORWALL and they said, Go to a dealer. only problem is the closes dealer is a 10 hour drive for me. Just send me another carburetor unit ,I asked and I'll send the other back. NO WAY. Now that is customer service at its best. So I have to try to fix it before I can use it. Which will void the warranty. What to do ? Signed,, Screwed dude. Thanks Norwall

Best Generator
So quiet and powerful. It is perfect for our 30 amp travel trailer. Under 100 lbs the briefcase type handle and wheels make it so easy to move. The electric remote start is awesome. Generator starts right up. Best purchase ever. Generator came in perfect condition.

So far - So good
The Onan Cummins 4500 (Same as a Westinghouse). My 2 requirements - Remote start & quiet (52db). 200 hours so far and no problems. It's all a generator should be.

Easy Setup and Startup
Got the generator in perfect condition, easy to unpack, setup and start. Found it easy to overfill the oil reservoir since more oil was included with the packaging than required. Battery was full charge, 12v. It is easy to start with the recoil pull starter, saves the battery, just be sure fuel and on switch are appropriately set! Starter button and remote fob also work well. Handles a 15k btu a/c and simultaneously the microwave in our travel trailer.
