The 70311 is a home standby generator permanently connected to your house via an automatic transfer switch (sold separately) operates on your home’s existing natural gas (10kW) or LP Gas (11kW) supply. Generac Guardian Residential Generators are shipped with a 5-year limited consumer warranty that includes parts, labor, and travel in years one to two, parts in year three, and major parts in years four and five.
