Generac PWRCell Battery
Solar Battery 3.0 kWh Energy Storage 3-6 Batteries per Cabinet
The Generac PWRcell Solar Battery Module integrates with PWRcell Clean Energy Storage system. The 3.0 kWh battery fits in the PWRcell Battery Cabinet in 3-6 battery configurations with a maximum 2 cabinets and 12 battery modules per system. 18 kilowatt-hours of useable energy per cabinet is enough to power most homes throughout the day. Battery modules store energy from solar panels or from the local electrical grid to provide a reliable backup source of power for your entire home.
Three Battery Modules—the minimum configuration—in a single cabinet provide 9 kilowatt-hours of usable energy storage. Each additional battery expands the cabinet by 3kWh to a maximum of 18kWh. Add a second battery cabinet for up to 36kWh of energy storage.
Generac Battery cabinets hold from three to six battery modules. Cabinet configurations with three or five battery modules require the use of a PWRcell Battery Spacer.
Generac PWRCell Solar Energy Storage
Generac PWRCell is an energy storage system that stores energy from solar panels, the grid, or a generator. It works during power outages and blackouts. Unlike other solar battery systems, it powers the house with solar power during the day while charging batteries, and powers the house at night from the charged batteries after the sun goes down.
PWRCell powers your entire circuit breaker panel instead of a limited number of circuits.
